Prince, Ektelon and Viking require all returns have a proof of purchase. The dealer must contact Prince, Ektelon and Viking at 1-800-283-6647 for a return authorization (RA) number. We will assist you in determining whether or not the merchandise should be returned for evaluation and issue you an RA#. An RA label with shipping instructions will be sent to you which should be placed on the outside of the box on every return. (Do not send racquet cover as Prince, Ektelon and Viking will not be responsible for its return.)
If a product is returned without an RA the product will not be accepted into the Prince, Ektelon and Viking warehouse.
When calling for an RA please have the following information readily available:
1. Dealer name, account number, address and phone number
2. Model number and size
3. Description of problem
4. Name of customer, address and reference number (if applicable)
5. Date of purchase (proof must accompany return)
6. Order and/or invoice number of original purchase.
