Shipping Information

All Prince, Ektelon and Viking products are shipped directly to the dealer by the most economical and expeditious manner available, freight prepaid by Prince and charged to the dealer. Special routing or carrier selection must be set up on your account or called into Customer Service at 1-800-283-6647.


Prince will aid the dealer in tracing lost shipments by furnishing the dealer with shipping information and documents involving those shipments. Prince must be notified of any discrepancies within 10 days after receipt of goods. No shipment shortage adjustments will be made if advice is not received 15 days after shipment is made from Prince.


Requests for proof of delivery or tracing must be made within 30 days of the original shipment.


Dealers should be careful about signing delivery receipts. All damaged boxes or shortages should be noted on the receipt.


Prince will ship all orders within 2 business days of your requested ship date.  Orders placed with the shipping options of UPS 2ND DY or UPS NXT DY will ship the same day you submit your order.  However, orders placed after 3:00 PM Eastern Time will ship the following business day.  The Prince Distribution Center ships orders Monday thru Friday.

Prince reserves the right to ship up to two weeks earlier than date specified. If this is not acceptable for the dealer, the dealer must notify Customer Service as quickly as possible and specify no early shipments are acceptable.
