Order Status / History

You may login to your Prince catalog Dashboard at anytime and check the status of your order. If your order has been shipped, a UPS tracking number will be provided to you on the order history page.

By clicking on the UPS tracking number displayed with the order info, you will be able to actually view the physical location of your package based on the online UPS routing system and determine the date scheduled for delivery.
